On the phone for over two hours, passed from person to person, even dropped once I had to redial, kept repeating the same information over and over and in the end there was no results.
Literally impossible to get a human on the phone. Denied dental claim, filed an appeal, no response.
John P. Service representative is the most unprofessional and coldhearted person in the world I’ve used ABCBS for around 4 years now. I will never use them again. Go with Kaiser if you want to actually be viewed as a person and to get the care you really need.
