Literally impossible to get a human on the phone. Denied dental claim, filed an appeal, no response.
John P. Service representative is the most unprofessional and coldhearted person in the world I’ve used ABCBS for around 4 years now. I will never use them again. Go with Kaiser if you want to actually be viewed as a person and to get the care you really need.

Low service. Been trying to get the same question answered since January. DENY DELAY… you know the rest.
They denied reimbursement because they have not received a letter of denial from my medical insurance company (which is also Anthem BC/BS) and when I did not renew my policy, they had the nerve to ask why. I can't believe that Uncle Sap allows them to participate in FEDVIP programs.
