Their staff was useful and agreeable. The specialist was brilliant patient, capable, comprehensive, and sorted out some way to get me the most invaluable insurance. They justifies a raise. I have since recommended him to a buddy. Much obliged Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Was hung up on immediately without provocation and when I called again they hung up upon answering. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. They are more then likely scam artists and are not worth time or respect.
