Horrible company and management. It's basically a revolving door of new hires and people quitting. Human Resources is essentially useless and non-existent. Anthem prides themselves on lying to and ripping off members.

Manager Steven Walters in my opinion, created a hostile work environment in which employees were not allowed to think freely and any hint of defiance against authority will lead to immediate termination!
