Anthem is by far the worst insurance company I have ever had! They want pre-approvals for almost any mediation and or procedure. They take forever to review the request and 99% are denied. I take a expensive medication and the drug manufacturer has a program to help pay your copay and or total deductible and max out-of-pocket. When I was with Humana on the same medication the drug manufacturer paid the portion of the medication I was responsible for(about$4500) and Humana added that amount to my deductible and max out-of-poc... read more
