I was an employee with Elevance Health They (Elevance Health) lie to their Medicare/ Medicaid members telling them to call in Customer Service to go through an intake process to receive Medications and Durable Medical Equipment for a lower price, but the system is set up to automatically deny these intakes. This company is an absolute joke. I applied for their customer service position 3 times and they turned me away each time. I have the experience with both pharmacy and medical insurance. I've worked through Humana, CVS Caremark, and Express Scripts. I've handled benefits, claims, eligibility, and prior authorizations. I've even done pharmacy help desk. They tend to hire unqualified inexperienced people who have no insurance knowledge. Its completely backwards. My sister in law even applied for the same position had two inter... read more
Anthem is a mix between incompetence and organized crime. Took an extra monthly premium from me without explanation and won't refund it. Stay away from them as an insurance provider, definitely look elsewhere
