We had a waterline break in our DR Horton home. DR Horton took the initiative to get in touch with us about the issue and to get a remediation team in the house immediately after it was discovered. It turned out the issue was not theirs, but was instead caused by the installation of the RO system. I commend DR Horton and in particular Dawn from their staff in coordinating and mitigating the damage, even though it was not caused by their construction. Thank you, DR Horton.
Ryan with DR Horton is awesome. He has been so helpful, offering different options to fit our needs. He has excellent follow up, professionalism and I could not recommend anyone better!!
