Very easy process and friendly people.
The house has been wonderful. Sean was awesome as a sales agent. He went above and beyond to make a great deal for me. Brent and Steven, the construction superintendents, have been amazing as well. Anything, and I mean anything I needed, they went above and beyond to get done for me. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a home here. Anthem is gorgeous as well. I'm so happy to live here.
This builder is so agent friendly. Easy to work with.
We decided to go back after they opened their new Traditions series and what a joke. These are nothing more than Express homes. Very cheap looking and the construction is typical Horton. Too fast. We have owned a Horton Express home now for almost 8 years and the things that we have found are horrible. I have fixed and gotten things up to code but you are better off going to Pulte if you want to live in Anthem
DR HORTON... Never again will I buy a home built by this company.. 2 years and still the repairs are not done properly, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen..I'M DONE!
