My buyer requested a sewer inspection. Bobby Finnell came out and determined that a clean-out thing needs to be installed on the 75 year old house. Not unusual for this neighborhood. We'll see if my buyer wants to go forward with this expense.
Tony Cano was not Anthem Air conditioning & Plumbing's best choice for customer service today. He Kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the problem and ask questions. He smacked my refrigerator on the way out of my home. Even had the audacity to call me ridiculous while exiting my home. TJ did address this unfortunate experience. He simply called it a "character clash". Will not be doing business with this company again.

I had an amazing experience with Anthem Air Conditioning. From start to finish, their team member Richard Guevera was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done efficiently, and my AC is now running perfectly. I really appreciated how respectful and clean he was while working in my home. Highly recommend Anthem if you’re looking for reliable and honest HVAC service!
Amazing person walked in and answered every question and covered every concern I had about a very difficult situation. He was very kind, intelligent, well informed, professional and a delight to work with! Gave me all my options, thoroughly explained all and completely diagnosed my AC problems. Now its up to me to make decision on how to proceed...I have NEVER been more pleased with a service rendered. Look no further these people are exceptional...especially Marioh!!
