Wanted to inquire about Robert MacDuffies review; you got multiple quotes for less and chose not to go with them. Also in your own words “we previously used this guy twice before and not only did he grossly overcharge, but each time increase his rates over a 2 year period.” So not only did you go with the higher quote 3 times, but as you also said he never dealt with the problem or gave you a discount….. normally if someone does a bad overpriced job I don’t ask them back 2 more times especially at my dime, I think you know w... read more
This guy litterally charges double of what any other exterminator charges. He quoted me $1500 to do 6 rooms. I got 4 other quotes that ranged from $800 to $900 for the same job. Please note: we previously used this guy twice before and not only did he grossly overcharge, but each time increase his rates over a 2 year period. Each time he shows up with 2 liter spray bottle and spend 20 minutes spraying. He never got rid of them and got literally $3000 per hour. That's right...it's not a type-o. Do the math.
