Steve was fantastic! We had a swarm of carpenter ants in our tv room. This all happened in a matter of 3hrs of being out. They were coming in from our old phone jack in the wall. Steve came the next day and accessed the situation. 3 days later He sprayed the inside and outside and WOW we haven't seen any outside or inside except for literally 2 dead ones. Extremely satisfied and would recommend calling Antex for your Ant and critters problems.
I reached out to Antex thinking I might have rats or termites in the attic. Joe called me back the same day, and by a stroke of luck was able to come by within hours. He did a super thorough inspection—checked the attic, every baseboard, and walked the full perimeter of my home. He found no infestations (yay!), and I left feeling so relieved and confident. I recently found a wasp nest on my home and called Antex to take care of it. I had no prior experience with exterminators so I had lots of questions, and Steve answered every one. The service was quick and upon my inspecting the area the next day, there was no sign of insect activity. Steve is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The cost was also very reasonable. Hopefully I won't have any more pest issues but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call Antex again.
I'm so impressed by the wonderful and knowledgeable service that i received from not only Jennifer on the phone giving great advice but reassuring me that it will be ok. Then she contacted the owner Steve who was on his day off and came over to look at a problem I thought I had but I was wrong thank goodness and noticed I had a bee hive on my porch and took care of it right away with no cost. Joe has been a saviour to our home this summer. If there is one thing anyone knows about me is that I don't do bugs. I took my time and shopped around and ended up speaking to Azalea (a true gem herself) who gave me all the information I requested. Since I called everyone in the Nanaimo area save your time!
