wow - i called antennas direct for the second time after buying in 2019 - both times they have fixed my problem and it cost me nothing- this time the guy walked me through what to do and detemined it was a short cable of mine that hooks up to the Antenna and I just had to replace it - it works great now and it wasn't even their fault- He was a person from the United States which I appeciate. I called Antennas Direct and talked to Benjamin, about a problem I was having with my antenna reception on my new antenna from Best Buy clearstream 4max. I could not figure it out, where the interference was coming from. Ben suggested a few things, start unplugging one thing at a time in the house till it went away.
