Went here for my first ultrasound today- first pregnancy so I was nervous and excited, but my ultrasound tech really ruined the experience for me. She was standoffish and barely spoke to us, went through the whole thing so quickly, and looked absolutely miserable the entire time so we weren't comfortable enough to ask questions or enjoy the experience at all. I been here before 30 min before my appointment time and I still had to wait past 45 min and the one time I get here at the actual appointment time due to traffic they want to make it a deal.. what about the times I got here before time and still had to wait?
Everyone has been so polite and helpful to us throughout our experience here! I recommend getting an appointment early in the morning to avoid the rush of patients.
They say arrive 30 minutes early and if you don’t you hear about it. One time I got stuck in horrible traffic and there was construction in front of the building so I had to take an extra lap around to be able to park and the staff was really rude about it even though I made it to my appointment on time. However, I typically wait an average of 30 minutes (or more) passed my appointment time and then they rush me through my scan because they’re behind and I’m having twins.
