I called the laboratory to get some help on labs, and the lady that answered was so rude and sounded like she hated her job. No wonder they only have 2 stars. If I could leave 0 stars I would!
Just come for my first appointment for my first time and when I go to the front desk the lady tells me for Primary Care I go to zone or section area 3 and I just wait for them to call me so I go and I ask another lady that's sitting there waiting and she said no we have to check in at the front and I told her they just told me to come and wait so I wait there for 50 minutes nearly and then finally a very nice worker comes and asks me if I'm waiting for something and I said yes I'm waiting for my appointment at 9:30 which is ... read more
