No matter if I'm in need of riding gear, bike parts, or a mechanic, I go to AV Harley Davidson. The staff is always friendly, helpful and they always take pride in their work.
Had a poor experience here! A friend bought a bike and wanted to add a backrest. They didn't have it in stock so the salesman wrote out what to order. Unfortunately the salesman wrote the wrong part number. Turns out they did have the right part in stock but wouldn't exchange because it was ordered via the internet. End result, my friend's wife has to wait a couple more weeks while the correct part sits on the shelf. Kudos to the salesman trying to right their mistake but low marks to the parts department for poor marketing.
