Dr Nyholt and his staff are amazing! Took our dog Tyler there after he was diagnosed with epilepsy at the ER vet and Dr Nyholt took the time to sit down with us and explain exactly what we were dealing with. He was very compassionate and kind. He even scooped up Tyler and let him give him kisses!! Love the compassion he and his staff provide!
Dr. Dave is great. Nikko likes him. Office staff is nice. Had a mix up and did not get a vaccine that was needed. A second trip will be needed. Kind of a drag. So far we luckily only have had to get exams and ear infections taken care of. Nothing serious thank goodness. So we have been happy with Nikko's care so far. Pet medical is so expensive. Gotta do what we gotta do to keep our doggy healthy.
Shout out to Victoria who provided excellent customer service with my last minute and desperate questions regarding our dog Boo! Thanks Victoria!
