I have lived here for five years and love it! You don’t own the land but the rent is so reasonable compared to owning a regular home, or renting an apartment. The strict rules help to keep our community nice and clean. There are a couple of things I don’t like, such as getting written up for having a brown spot in your yard, but I can deal with that. When I first visited the Antelope Ridge Community I was initially impressed with the cleanliness and general appearance of it. And even though the structures are actually manufactured homes akin to mobile homes, I still considered purchasing one of the units. I am someone who tries to do their homework before I make any type of costly investment which certainly includes a home.
