Oh how I wish there were negative stars. Absolutely unimpressed, and actually rather pissed. I called the hospital last week to ask for a quote to get an abscess on my cat drained. They quoted me $40 on the phone. The charged me over $100 when I got there. Not only that, they did not wrap it, and then wanted to charge me $15 for a wrap kit. My cat was bleeding everywhere and they did nothing about it. They didn't numb the area, so he was screaming when they cut into the spot. Everyone is always so kind and the Dr. Very smart. They take the time to really listen. We have been coming here for years and haven't had a single bad experience. Can't imagine taking my dos anywhere else!
Got both our Cats declawed and my Husband and I both were very impressed with the Vet and staff! Made me feel very comfortable leaving my pets in their care. The vet definitely loves his job, and called me personally and let me know how both their surgeries went and how they were doing. Definitely recommend this veterinary! I also really loved the picture's of all the pets progress throughout the day! Was very cool a big THANK YOU to the Vet and Staff for taking such good care of our fur babies!❤
