Satisfactory service The veterinary hospital I currently work for uses Antech. We have never had an issue with their service. Reliable pick-ups and friendly drivers. Sometimes slightly difficult to get a question answered in a timely fashion over the phone.
Dishonesty Antech diagnostics i Portland,OR is not run well. I am a courier for ANtech and I pick up samples and deliver them to Antech. They are careless and sloppy. If they make a mistake (like arranging an after hours pickup and not notifying me I was supposed to go their) it became someone elses fault. They are regularly changing their policies to justify their actions. There are over 40 Vet CLinics in my area and only 7 off them use Antech, the rest use IDECH.
