I had trouble with my hot water tank, called ryan and he was here within the hour and fixed it. Was happy with his service.
Just had my toilet repaired. He could have charged me the $175 we agreed on, but he saved me $50 due to not needing one of the parts (which I would never have known wasn't replaced). I appreciate the honesty! Work was done quickly and he cleaned up after. I'll be calling on them for several other projects!
Left more damage than actually fixing
My house need repairs, painting and gutter work. I gave Ryan a call and he was able to fix my cabinets in my kitchen, clean my gutters, paint two bedrooms, power wash my house, and paint my shed in a couple days. He was efficient, and fair priced doing all the work I needed done. He is very professional, I highly recommend his business.
I had him do some general repairs last year, so I wanted him to do some more this year. Over a 3 week period, I called and left a message both times and did not get a call back. Not even to say, sorry I am to busy to take anymore on. I had a problem last year getting in touch with him too, but I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. Waited for a call back before leaving this rating. He may be a good worker, but if he does not want repeat business then he should expect bad ratings.
