Bought a Risewell home 10 months ago Call for warranty. They said they cover almost nothing not cracked tiles plumbing electrical wiring appliances sprinklers ac units and almost everything else . It’s your responsibility to get the people who put in these things. And you are on your own as far as they are concerned. So there is your 1 year warranty
Been working with Tanya Eddleman for over a decade. She knows service. I highly recommend buying where she's at!
We had a wonderful experience with Tanya with Risewell Homes. Recommend reaching out to her if you are interested in this beautiful community!
