25 degrees no heat. Called @ 0900, the Tech had it all up by 1000. Great service 👏
Never registered my new unit. Did not honor warranty, killed a train that did not make it past 8 years. Poor maintenance , bad customer service. And rigged a 5 ton unit on a 2 1/2 ton hook up. Bad juju!! Never again. Advise against this company! -10 stars in my book !!! Thousands of dollars wasted, was ripped off!!!
Needed repairs quickly in response to an Inspection report and they were there for us!!!!
called on a sunday at 8:30 am had a tec at my home by 8:50 am an done by 9:15 blowing cold air through my home. at a very reasonable price. will be calling again if another issue happens.
I was very impressed with Jonathan who came out on a Saturday within two hours of me calling Antarctic Air! He was friendly, professional, and explained everything while fixing my A/C and the price was very fair. I am pleased with their service.
