Dr. Antaki is sharp, efficient, interested & conscientious. I wish my other doctors were this good. He moves fast, so have your questions & information typed up & ready to present so you don't forget anything. Office is nice & clean.
The office staff is beyond unprofessional. Provided the wrong info to confirm my appointment. Then refused to assist with rescheduling, except to wait almost another 2 months. Staff was rude and yelled at me on the phone. I believe her name was Melanie.The doctor was dismissive and did not have the time to listen to my health concerns. Try another doctor who might assist you, and don't waste months trying to get into his office.
The staff is beyond unprofessional. Melinda is particularly unhelpful and down right rude. Her aggressive behavior was bad enough. The dismissive attitude of the doctor lead me to leaving his care to seek a true medical professional. Stay away if you hope to seek help. Not to mention the wait for an appointment took months.
EXCELLENT DR. NICE AND CLEAN OFFICE PEOPLE THAT WORKS THERE ARE VERY HELPFULL AND NICE
