We used the service successfully for 16 years. We would always get a post card in late March / early April reminding us of the treatment we needed and a date (weather permitting) when the Ant Man would visit. Last year, in 2018, we never heard from Herb. In late May, we had a notice taped to our door asking if we ever received his post card. I don't know if he applied the treatement, his note was short.
