Wouldn’t recommend this company, unprofessional staff , very disappointing HR process ,NOTICE I’m writing this review before their decision to hire , don’t bother if you feel you are over qualified you probably are ,HR and hiring process are the worst !!

Best place to work
Worked there for a few months they are the worst employers I ever worked with. When the new office manager Jessica Guerrero took place and firing hard working people that tried their best to assist callers. I honestly don't recommend anyone applying there, her and her little clan will make a living hell while you are there.
I never knew that we had an answering service call center available here in the Rio Grande Valley, but as learned from how it works, definitely something looking forward to working at and the different clients that I will be having.
