This is the worst answering service I’ve worked with. Only a matter of time before they will be sued. Inflated billing. Misrepresentation and fraudulent practices. Long wait times. Disconnecting issues. Bill continues to increase when call volume decreases. Look for another company.

Check around before using this company. You get charged extra for holidays (there is nothing in my contract that says that), there are hidden fees (they will tell you there are none), and their prices are a lot higher than other answering services. You will pay through the nose to cut ties with them. Their customer service is awful. Great place to work. Everyone here is very friendly, including management. I ended up quitting as i'm very introverted but i enjoyed my time here. I would highly recommend this company if you are comfortable being on the phone for extended periods of time.
