Horrible place to work for! I wouldn't even want my loved ones or anyone else's being placed in their care. They do not genuinely care for patients and this is coming from someone who got hired through the company. All they do is text instead of communicating through phone. Text isnt always appropriate.
Probally a great place to work because you don't have to come to work if you don't want to. Untrustworthy, when it comes to covering shifts. We have a new aide coming out..... and just about EVERY TIME no one shows up AND don't let it be a weekend shift, you're really screwed. All you're going to get is an answering service. God forbid your regular aide calls off in advance they make zero effort to fill the shift.
