Answer is Fitness is a “bare bones“ gym. However,, it has all the machines, weights and other equipment to provide excellent workouts it is open 24/7. At present—July 2025– its monthly fee is $15 + annual “renovation“ fee which in effect brings the monthly price up to $20. So it’s a good, inexpensive gym for someone who is simply looking to work out on a steady basis, without any frills. The staff is friendly and helpful. Personal trainer: their quality varies. I dont often leave bad reviews but i was just super disappointed when i did a trial run at this gym. I work nearby and the distance would have been so convenient. The staff was nice and they have all the amenities and gym equipment i look for in a gym. The problem is that this gym was absolutely filthy. The Sauna had clearly never been cleaned and the locker room was a disaster. The entire gym had a bad odor to it. Unethical and deceptive billing practices. Canceled my membership months ago only to find out they’ve been continuing to bill my card without authorization. They don’t cancel via email and ask that you go in person to fill out 1 simple form asking for basic information making the entire process inconvenient.
