I had this company out to maintenance my furnace / AC and they messed it all up. My wood boiler wouldn't work right after they were out and then charged me a lot to come back and fix it after two visits. They won't be back here! No to mention I had a contract with them and they still owed me an A/C maintenance which they never called to schedule. Horrible!
What a wonderful company to do business with. We had them put in a tankless water heater.. I just love it. The guys were caring and cleaned up there mess too. We will have this company for all our needs. Thanks Answer Heating and cooling for the great job as always... Diana Bayn of Merrill Mi
