NEXA recently changed their platform blocking clients from entering specific times outside of a set schedule. Clients must submit an email of changes, wait for a response, send a reminder email and then find out at 3am that changes were not made correctly. I have now been awake since 3 am (unable to go back to sleep and no opportunity to nap during the day) because NEXA ceased client control of our own schedules and someone failed to do their job properly.when I requested a variation from their blocked times. I had an excellent experience working with Eric at Nexa! He was professional and knowledgeable. Communication was clear throughout the process, and he made sure all my questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend Eric and Nexa to anyone looking for top-notch service!
THEIR OPERATORS CAN NOT FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS. And the company doesn’t care. They also hold the callers too long in the phone just to bill. They’re a joke. WORST BY FAR
