RENTERS/BUYERS BEWARE.....We viewed a property with our realtor on the first day this property was listed. We filled out our application paid the fees and this company failed to communicate with us. I reached out via phone and email with no response. I left voicemails with no call back. Have been paying rent here for over a year on auto pay. Never a single day late. They misunderstood me and turned off auto pay. I didn’t know that the rent was not paid. It was seven days late and they sent me a message saying that they’re going to be threatening me with eviction! 7 days after the due date. I paid immediately after finding out it was not paid. I think it’s a communication issue with them. There’s a lot of things that they misunderstand. Not sure if it’s a language barrier or what.
