They’ve ruined The Duncan - Chicago completely. Messy management.
Poor Management and Unsafe Living Conditions: I give it -0 stars!! Since Rosa Duarte assumed management, the property has significantly deteriorated. The buildings are infested with mice and cockroaches, and mold is widespread. Maintenance issues are routinely ignored or deflected with implausible excuses. DO NOT live anywhere this company manages!!! The place was a dump. There is always garbage everywhere. The people in the leasing office are unprofessional & do not know what they are doing. I spoke with them about moving out way in advance. they said everything was good & I was set. Now this management company is threatened to send me to collections for 2 months rent, that I didn’t even have a clue about. I have never been late in a payment in my life.
