Koy at The Crossings of St. Charles in property management always listens and helps with all of our needs. She deserves to be recognized and given a raise for her ability to patiently listen and assist in every way her position allows her to. I always walk away feeling listened too and valued as a resident.

I have no idea where to start. Bottom line - communication is terrible. There is a disconnect somewhere in management. No one had listed to our issues regarding plumbing and flooding issues and even blamed us a few times when even when the plumber said it was a non-resident caused problem. We have had other work orders ignored for months at a time. I cannot in good faith recommend these properties to anyone we know.
