I was shocked by how poor of an experience I had during my appointment with Dr. Wilks. He rushed into the room and barely introduced himself, then rushed me through a few questions (how long have you had this symptom?!? Two years?!? Two months?!?). His assistant was quite and calm, but clearly a resident and was similarly bullied around. He minimized my questions as well. I hope for other patients he was just having a bad day, or maybe had too much coffee, because I certainly wouldn't want them to have the same experience.
Dr. Wilks has helped me where no other doctor has. He has been thorough, listened to me, and charts accurately. It has been a long journey, and I am so glad I have found him.
