Been complaining about a faulty washing machine for 3 months. Still no washing machine. It seems they do anything to avoid investing in their own properties. The word "Crooks" starts to come to mind

The Vancouver real estate and rental market is crazy to say the least, Anson Realty are true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. Given the cost of rentals, it is a significant investment and it is important to have a 3rd party that will protect the investment of the renter and the owner.
