On a freezing winter day in 2022... I called Marty Napier of Anson Mechanical Services last December and he came out right away and told me that I needed a new unit. And while I waited on the unit to come in he brought out portable heaters to my house after work to make sure I stayed warm. And when the new unit was installed he came back once again after work to make sure I knew how to work the new digital thermostat.
Marty Napier is the only person I use to work on my HVAC system. He installed our new system in March 2016. We've only needed repairs a few times since then. Each time Marty was quick to respond and worked to get us scheduled as quickly as possible. His price for the new system was very competitive with the "big name" companies from Charlotte. The cost for any repairs we've needed since then have always been extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Marty and Anson Mechanical.
Best prices in town and very fast service. Had a new unit put in within 2 days of calling to get a quote. Very professional and fast service would recommend to anyone needing hvac work.
