I lived here for 6 months. The elevators were broken for 4 out of the 6 months. there was a constant loud beeping in the garage that sounded like a fire alarm. Many things are broken here. They charged me to replace the crappy carpet after living there for only 6 months with no pets even though I left it in the same condition it was prior to move in. The management is going to rip you off upon move out. I regret living there.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The property management is horrible. They will do their best to tow your car for parking in a loading zone for more than ten minutes, but will allow convicted sex predators move into the building. If you have kids, avoid this apartment complex.
I have really enjoyed my experience here at Anson. The community is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is very convenient. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Burlingame
