apartment building itself is clean and fine. 4x fire alarm tests within 4 months of living here + inspections is not. I sincerely feel terrible for any pet owners who have to choose between finding arrangements for their pets or traumatizing them on a monthly basis. neither is the unreliable door-lock that's only openable by an ad-riddled app which works 50% of the time on a good day - who thought trusting a "build-fast, breakthings"-type startup with your door lock was a good idea?
Been living for a month now. Pretty awesome staff and community. Dana has been a great community manager. Mustafa helped me out above and beyond !
Great location for commuting between SF and south bay. Units are well maintained and nice amenities. Unit maintenence requests handled promptly (within 24 hours in my experience) and well executed. Leasing agents professional and accommodating with various requests.

We just moved here recently and couldn’t be happier. The experience from the start was positive and made deciding to move here easy. This is easily one of the most well-maintained and beautiful buildings I have ever lived in, especially for being such a dog friendly building.
