Laundry room is a dump , mold under double layered wallpaper, landlord claims she is only one person and can’t fix everything within a reasonable time. I had my lease terminated because I brought up the mold under the flooring, the double layered wallpaper that was painted over and in between, the bathroom is falling apart wood never from all the water build up underneath the housing. The apartments you will find here are all infested with mold, from behind the wallpaper inside the bathrooms under the sinks and in the cabinets. I never had a working oven a dish washer or hot water most of the time. My storm door blew off during the last bad storm and it took them More than a year to fix it. I didn’t have ac most of the summer because a fuse blew (they refused to fix it I had to blow up the apt managers phone) during the worst part of winter the heating unit went out.
