If there was an award for worst and most rude receptionist, this clinic would win it by a landslide. “Appointments” are just arbitrary here, so don’t bother making one because you’ll wait several hours past your appointment time anyways. The doctor herself is great, but the clinic functions terribly due to the front desk receptionist. Avoid, avoid, avoid. terrible place it’s sad to see what Canada health care has become
Called the clinic to let them know that I wouldn’t be able to make it to my appointment due to being ill. I was told that they were going to close my file and send it back to my family doctor and I would not be able to get a referral back at their clinic due to not being able to give them a 48 hour notice. How was I supposed to know that I was going to get 48 hours before? Avoid this clinic if you can, they do not care about their patients
I needed stitches to my finger after a nasty kitchen cut and went to Ansley Grove Medical Center... Quick, convenient and professional service. I was in and out wuickly, where I would have had to wait several hours had I gone to the hospital.
The receiptionist is out of control. RUDE. why even bother dealing with people? I can tell she cleary does not want? I don't know who the owner of this walk in but you need to think about it for your customers. And if you are reading this stressed and I am the Karen, you clearly have issues with your life. Get help.
