It has been a constant and, uphill battle trying to get the leasing office to take my noise complaint seriously. In the unit above me there is a 3 year old who makes constant noise. Beware ladies and gents…. This apartment complex knows NOTHING about customer service. They charged me two fees for “not having renters insurance” for the last two months I was at that apartment complex. I called them and told them I had the same policy with them that I had since the beginning of the year, nothing changed and I had erenters cancel the policy at the end of my lease term.
