The BfitBwell program here is life-changing. I have enjoyed two coached workouts each week since November 1. These sessions have become the best hours of my week. Most weeks include daily oral and two semi-weekly IV chemo doses with steroids for my maintenance therapy. It is wonderful to know I am building my body back up even in the midst of all this chemo. Ian and Nicole are so encouraging and understanding. If your oncologist approves you owe it to yourself to try this out.
