Horrible customer service in OB-GYN. It takes 20 min just to park and walk up to their floor and then they say you have to reschedule for being late. I have been a patient for many years and have unable to come in the past 1-2 yrs because of no ins or financial issues but now I have to reschedule another month or two out when I took time off work to come to the initial appt. My guess is the provider was being lazy and just wanted to go home so he/she to refused to see me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO UCH OB-GYN!
