Horrible builder.This builder was involved in many lawsuits from former communities and homeowners who bought into his communities.My grandparents had to spend thousands of dollars to repair the mistakes and bad workmanships this builder caused ,refused to repair and were stuck with after they bought their new home.It seems like alot of the land Ansca purchases for building his communities,is former agricultural land in palm beach county that had alot of pesticides like ddt and other pesticides that were sprayed and dumped h... read more
WARNING!!!!! If you are buying a new home from this builder, be very very careful! I bought a home from Ansca Homes in 2013. The quality overall is bad. The contractor they use are very low quality and cheap. There were so many issues after we moved in. They gave excuses after excuses:- The tiles are uneven through the house. We though that we can bear it in the beginning. But you will get stuck when you try to push back the chair and stand up because the chair stuck due to the uneven tile.
