I called in for the first time in over 4 years about a reduction in my insurance and the associate stated that "it's 2026 and things are more expensive." That has nothing to do with me or my driving record. I suggest if you want to be a valued customer, look someplace else.
Had a life policy with them since 2009. Called to verify the end date..talked with 4 different people and still couldn't get the correct answer
Quoted me a price that I agreed to and made the first month payment and set up for auto pay. The next month my bill was 114 instead of 65ish that I had agreed to. They gave me numerous excuses and would not honor the price they gave me! I will change rating if they fix their error.
Phone line has terrible quality. Cracking, hissing and popping while trying to speak to anyone at this office.
