Quoted me a price that I agreed to and made the first month payment and set up for auto pay. The next month my bill was 114 instead of 65ish that I had agreed to. They gave me numerous excuses and would not honor the price they gave me! I will change rating if they fix their error.
Phone line has terrible quality. Cracking, hissing and popping while trying to speak to anyone at this office.
I am extremely disappointed and upset. I have been with you guys for the past 3-4 years. I've went in to pay my car insurance which would be on the 14th and there was not one person to be found in the office everybody was in the conference room eating there. I'm assuming holiday meal. I walked in people saw me and took no initiative to take care of a customer I am sorry but holiday festivities is wonderful as they are and I love them.
