They have a great variety and the prices are right. I shop there about every other shopping trip. The reason for the 2 star is service. Your customer service really needs work. Especially the counters along the back. They are not friendly and seem to not want to really work with you. My husband almost got run over by the produce man the last time he was in. Maybe my trips there might be less and less because this bad service at the counters as well as the check out is happening more and more!
My first time there today to check it out...their sale of Persian cucumbers started today...customers asked employees to bring more out n was told "manager instructed them to sell it all before bringing more out. Manager didn't want new ones brought out till the old bad rotten ones were gone" I would rather pay more n get what I want than to be forced to buy what the manager thinks is good for customers Never coming back n will not recommend to anyone this store...so pathetic...still middle eastern mind set thinking...it's a... read more
After being a customer for a long time,I was shocked to know yesterday that not all the meats are halal, if they think it is OK so sell non Halal products let them sell alcohol and pork too to please all their other customers!!
We have been to the store few times, great place for sort of grocery and great variety.
