The apartments are very well maintained. The property manager responds promptly, she answers all the calls personally, not an answering service which is so rare! The apartments are still owned and managed by the original company that built them! Ansaldi has been operating in the community for well over 50 years, it is nice that a local company that is invested in the community owns the property and not a large out of state corporation.
