I found their service very rude and unprofessional when I went to do my nails. It was my first (and last) time going and the person who had started doing my nails asked me what I wanted, then I told him and immediately changed my mind, I did it before he even touched my hands, and he gave me an attitude! Then, in front of me, he started complaining to another worker (who was also rude to me!) about how he hates it when people change their mind.
