We had the misfortune of dealing with this company, we made an offer on a property in janesville Wisconsin, Vicki the head of the firm made an after hours counter offer late in the evening, at the open of business the following morning we advised our agent to accept the counter offer, Our agent was advised that the offer had somehow expired between bedtime and breakfast, with a little digging i discovered the property was upgraded to pending meaning another offer had been accepted overnight out of business hours. Terrible company. Stay far, far away! Do not give them any time or money or anything. Doesn't know how to hire the best people, and just look at the rest of the reviews on here. Looks like they are just bad. You've been warned!
This company is very unprofessional. They lie and play games. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I am still waiting on a call back from messages I have left regarding an issue and still weeks later yet to receive a call back.
