Bed bugs, mold, sewer leaks, lead paint, no screens on the windows! Nothing but the finest for the Senior citizens and Disabled Occupants of Rosewood apartments. They either have to move and become homeless or live in a bedbug infested hell hole that ANR denies responsibility for Don't let your dog move in there let alone your Grandma.
Good luck renting through these guys, Diane never returns calls or follows up. by the time she gets around to you or you catch her in the office the places have rented.

If considering this companies assistance be aware: whatever condition the property is in is how it will stay!
