Kyle is a great maintenance guy. He is always polite and takes care of things as they come up. He is wonderful thank you Kyle for all you do.
Bad people to rent from. Not understanding or supportive. Very rude
Found bedbugs from an upstairs neighbor, informed ANR of the problem. They didn't do anything about the problem until three months later, and then refused to treat my invested property. I was sleeping on the ground outside and they didn't provide housing during the treatment. Got evicted because they refused to treat my infested property.
ANR has been Very helpful, when issues with maintains problems have come up, they were quick to help out. The staff is very understanding with the concerns that I have had and always helped with my needs in a reasonable matter. It has been a good Two Years with them because I know they will help out when a problem arises.
