Lucine has been nothing short of a godsend to me, especially during these trying times. Her dedication to ensuring I have timely access to my ADHD medication has been a beacon of hope. Unlike any other provider, she goes the extra mile, showcasing a level of availability and responsiveness that is simply outstanding. Her caring demeanor coupled with her professional diligence makes every interaction a reassuring experience. I am beyond grateful for her unwavering support and cannot recommend her highly enough!
My experience has been really wonderful all around. Great communication, billing process, and has made everything with the pharmacy/insurance company go very smoothly.
It is such a pleasure to work with Stella!! She is prompt and timely in her responses, the billing process is extremely convenient, and she schedules all monthly calls ahead of time in order to assist with keeping track of appointments. A reminder is sent via text message and email, and her approach is so friendly and genuine and I feel as if I am in the best of hands. All my refills and medications are called over immediately with no delay and I would recommend her services to all of my friends and family members!!
Im new to the ANQ office. But ive been a patient of Stella Nazarpoor (N.P) for years. I have nothing but good words to say about Stella and the ANQ staff. Somehow they have the time to listen and address any questions or concerns i have, and they do it with kindness, understanding and give you a sense of ease.
