Highly unorganized. Unprofessional. She put my sister through a depressive episode. Minimized her issues. My sister was never happy or okay after a session with Valerie. She made some comments about middle eastern men that I thought were very inappropriate and prejudice. Will never come back. I do not recommend it. If I could give no stars I would. My sister wrote a review on my behalf and today at 3:07pm Valerie Lamke texted my sister in the most unprofessional manner I have ever encountered. She is aware of my illnesses, one of them being panic disorder along w/ bipolar disorder and I have so much anxiety right now- my day has been trashed. I don’t think it is okay for her to personally contact us via text message after all this time, (over a google review) accusing me of having a personality conflict with her and claimed to treat me for free—- when in reality the in... read more
I have been going to ANOVA for a few months now and I’m very satisfied with the care I receive. I am going through a very scary and traumatic time in my life and I find Valerie to be a safe place/person that I can talk to. She guides me through my thought process and really helps stabilize my emotions before I leave. I had her in the beginning and then got switched to Jonathan for awhile. He was amazing as well.
