Absolutely wonderful team!
I’ve had the worst experience. We were booked in for our last ultrasound to get discharged from Anova. We booked in when we were at the Waterloo location and then confirmed for Guelph. I called as well and the receptionist confirmed Guelph as well. My spouse and I both take off time off work, unpaid, come in and they tell us they cannot fit us in because we were booked for Waterloo. We double checked it was Guelph and this was not our error. After my midwife's referral, I turned to Anova Fertility for help finding answers for why I had miscarried at 14 weeks. The process involved multiple invasive tests, with an emphasis on “cause of infertility” despite my ability to conceive. The tests included weekly blood work, internal ultrasounds.
