Tim and his Dusty are great people.Now my business building has heating problem and today Saturday.Dusty returned my call he said as soon as finish the other of building and coming to fix it.This is second time he helped me at the weekend.Also I owned Willliam Howard Taft Honeymoon house almost 10,000sgft. "Another" was recommended to me by a very reliable person, so when I read the bad review here, I called her again to confirm these are the people she meant? She was really too busy at the time to talk, but when I asked her about "Another" she took the time to go on about how much better this company was than the multiple other heating and air co's. she had called to fix a big problem they had with a heating system. I am writing this review to warn people to never use this business .tim is the owner of this business and he is a liar and a crook .he has a son named dustyn who he allows to work on the side from his business .they put in a faulty air condition unit .and I've been fighting for them to make this right since April 2016 and we're now in oct they call and say they are coming to make it right and this is the 3rd sat I've been stood up .no call no show .they conveniently don't answer any phone calls .and their phone receptionist ... read more
